• Peak Season includes Presidents' Weekend (February 15 - 17, 2008), Foliage Season (September 18 thru October 18, 2008) and  Christmas (December 19, 2008 thru January 4, 2009).
• All rates are quoted per room per night based on double occupancy and include breakfast for two.
• 10% discount applies to stays of 3 days or longer, except during Christmas.
• Additional persons in same room are $15.00 per person Bed & Breakfast per day.
• Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax will be added to all rates.
• Well supervised children are welcomed.
• Although we love pets and have 2 yellow labs in residence, we cannot accommodate guest pets at the inn.
• von Trapp’s Hunger Mountain Inn is a non smoking inn and we request your observance of this policy.
• Rates are subject to change without notice, unless a reservation is already secured.
• Unlike many other area lodging establishments, we do NOT add a service charge to your bill. Please keep this in mind when comparing rates.

Reservation Policy:
An advance deposit equal to one night’s rate, by check or credit card, is required to secure any reservation. A 50% deposit is required during Christmas.  Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Stowe Antique Car Show Weekend (Aug 8-10, 2008)

British Invasion Weekend (Sep 18-21, 2008)
Foliage Weekends (Sep 19-20, Sep 26-27, Oct 3-5, Oct 10-12, 2008)

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds of advanced deposits, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be made if cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to your confirmed arrival, with the exclusion of Christmas and President's weekend, which require 30 days notice. Deposits will be refunded only in the case of all nights reserved being re-rented. Your deposit confirms your entire reservation. For an early departure or a late arrival date your advance deposit will be applied to the unused portion of your reservation first.

Check in / Check out:
Regular check in time is 3 to 9 p.m. Please call in advance for arrival after 9 p.m. Earlier arrivals are accommodated if rooms are available. Check out time is 10:30 a.m. Payment is required upon check in and may be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
